Palvi Mehta
Chief Financial Officer

Palvi Mehta joined RadioFrame Networks in September, 2000, overseeing the company's financial
statements, budgets, accounting, and payroll.  Mehta has more than 10 years of
finance management experience and is a certified public accountant.

Before joining the RadioFrame Networks team, Mehta served as Vice President of Finance and
Production at Woodhouse Apparel, Inc., an international apparel distributor.  While at Woodhouse,
Mehta managed all areas of finance, production, and operations and was a key member of the
executive leadership team.  Prior, Mehta worked at Ernst & Young where she served financial
institution and biotechnology clients.  

Mehta graduated Summa Cum Laude and became a licensed CPA in 1990.  She holds a BS in Business
Administration, Accounting and Finance Emphasis from the University of California, Berkeley, 1988.
